運動情境下的團隊情緒領導行為之建構效度

Construct validity of team emotional leadership behavior in sports situations

摘要


目的:本研究目的為編製一份適合測量運動情境下的團隊情緒領導行為的測量工具。方法:研究方法採問卷調查法進行研究,包含兩個階段。第一階段為依據吳宗祐與鄭伯壎(2006)的調節他人情緒能力量表,參考黃涓容(2009)所編製的「團隊情緒領導行為量表」為藍本進行題目的編製,並以257名大專校院運動聯賽的運動代表隊選手為研究對象,以探索性因素分析進行量表的因素結構、題目的鑑別度與內部一致性。第二階段以不同樣本施測運動情境版團隊情緒領導行為量表,以160名大專校院運動聯賽公開組的運動代表隊選手為研究對象。階段二蒐集的資料則以驗證性因素分析進行量表的信度及效度檢驗,包括建構信度、聚合效度以及區別效度。結果:第一階段探索性因素分析共有四個因素,分別為「鼓舞安慰-增加正向情緒」、「鼓舞安慰-降低負向情緒」、「威嚴冷峻-增加負向情緒」及「威嚴冷峻-降低正向向情緒」,共計18題,累積總解釋變異量為66.07%,Cronbach's α值介於.75~.93。同時此量表的整體模式適配指標具有良好的整體適配度、建構信度、聚合效度以及區別效度。結論:本研究運動情境版團隊情緒領導行為量表具有良好的信度與效度,未來可運用本量表作為測量大專校院運動教練與選手的團隊情緒的工具。

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool suitable for measuring team emotional leadership behavior in sports situations. Research result: The first stage of exploratory factor analysis obtained four factors.「Encourage comfort - increase positive emotions」、「Encourage comfort - reduce negative emotions」、「majesty grim-increase negative emotions」and「majesty grim-reduce positive emotions」18 questions in total. Cumulative total explained variation is 66.07%, Cronbach's α between.75~.93. The scale has good overall fit, construct reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity. Conclusion: In this study is that the Sports Situation Version of the Team Emotional Leadership Behavior Scale has good reliability and validity. In the future, this scale can be used as a tool to measure the team mood of college sports coaches and players.
