大專排球教練的情緒領導行為對訓練滿意度之相關研究

A study on the emotional leadership behavior and training satisfaction of college volleyball

摘要


目的在探討大專排球選手在知覺教練的團隊情緒領導行為與團隊訓練滿意度的影響情形。方法:採自編之「團隊情緒領導行為與團隊訓練滿意度」量表,進行調查。對象為參加大專排球聯賽之公開第一級及第二級女子排球代表隊選手,共計發出468份問卷,回收421份,剔除無效問卷16份,合計有效問卷405份,有效回收率達96%。所得資料經因素分析及多元迴歸分析。結果:(一).在團隊情緒領導行為方面:以「鼓舞安慰-增加正向」最高,其次為「威嚴冷峻-增加負向」。團隊訓練滿意度方面:以「人際相處」最高,其次為「教練領導」;(二).團隊情緒領導行為對團隊訓練滿意度各變項的預測效果均達顯著差異。從預測效果來看,以「鼓舞安慰-降低負向情緒」有最高解釋力。結論:團隊表現未達預期時,教練能給予正向鼓勵及安慰,是提升團隊訓練滿意度重要因素。
