摘要

Structural equation model is a management model commonly used in management to analyze the effect of implementation. Analyzing and constructing the structural equation model of school sports policy implementation, we can fully and intuitively see the three important factors that affect the implementation of school sports policy, the implementation subject, organization implementation, and job security. As well as the quantified research executive body in the administrative department, schools, teachers, students and other influencing factors. The four influencing factors of preliminary investigation, publicity, intervention, evaluation and supervision organized and implemented. Work security is the security of funds and personnel, venues and equipment.
