摘要

Ideological work is related to the fate of the country and cultivates the ideal and responsible youth. Colleges and universities bear important historical responsibility for this. This paper studies the three aspects of ' three strengthening ' compaction college top leadership responsibility, ' four persistence ' compaction front‐line education responsibility, and ' three leading ' compaction ideological work responsibility system, and actively explores the implementation path of ideological construction in grass‐roots colleges and universities.
