摘要

Modern enterprises and institutions have more and more specific requirements for talents, individual strength is weak, team cooperation has become the main trend of work completion. In order to meet the requirements of the society for talents, students should adapt to the mode of teamwork in school, build confidence in cooperation and improve communication skills. This topic mainly studies what factors affect the ability of teamwork in practice teaching, how to give play to individual advantages to enhance team competitiveness, and carries out experimental teaching in specific teaching cases, and evaluates the application effect of teamwork in practice teaching by using analytical methods.
