適用於中高齡者智慧裝置之介面設計初探

A Study on the Interface Design of Smart Devices for Middle-Aged and Elderly People

摘要


近年來智慧型裝置的發展突飛猛進,導致數位移民代難以適應的問題更加嚴重,而現今中高齡人口多是屬於數位移民代,另一方面,伴隨著社會高齡少子化的問題,使得高齡者的照護成為一重要的社會議題,若能將正蓬勃發展的智慧型裝置轉而成為對中高齡者的照護議題的助力,則會是一大幫助。本研究為了解如何設計智慧裝置介面,使中高齡者能夠易於操作智慧裝置App,以文獻探討與個案研究的方式進行:(1)針對中高齡者具有良好使用性的介面設計理論及準則進行研究、(2)提供用藥提醒APP之介面設計準則評估以供設計人員參考。研究結果發現在三個樣本中,因應生理退化而設計的準則皆有遵守,因此設計介面時首要考量的設計原則為「因應生理退化」的設計準則;其次為「因應認知功能下降」與中高齡者對「智慧裝置操作熟悉程度不同」所應遵守的準則。

In recent years, the development of smart devices has advanced, which has made it more difficult for several immigrants to adapt. Nowadays, With the problem of younger and younger society, the care of the elderly has become an important social issue. It would be a great help if the smart device that is booming can be turned into a support for the care of middle-aged people. This study is to understand how to design the interface so that middle-aged people can easily use the app. (1)Research on the interface design theory and guidelines for middle-aged people with good usability. (2)Providing an interface design criteria assessment such as medication reminding App for designers' reference. The study found that all three samples follow the rules of physiological degradation design. So when designing the interface for the elderly. The first consideration is the design of "physiological degeneration". The second rule is the criteria for "declining cognitive function" and "familiarity with smart device operation".
