摘要

With the gradual improvement of the national awareness of sports, physical education in colleges and universities is gradually deepened. As an important part of Chinese universities, colleges and universities can better serve the modernization of Our country only by cultivating talents with both knowledge and technology and strong physique. Therefore, colleges and universities should actively innovate teaching methods, improve physical education teaching facilities and teachers, strengthen the integration of physical education inside and outside the course of teaching activities, encourage students into physical exercise, in order to enhance learning enthusiasm, promote the comprehensive development of college students. This article from the university physical education course inside and outside integration construction implementation strategy to carry on the analysis, enhances the student's study understanding and the sports ability, realizes the physical education course inside and outside integration teaching, thus promotes the overall development of the university student.
