菌根菌、放射線菌與枯草桿菌對盤固草與狼尾草生長的影響

Effect of Mycorrhizal fungi, Actinomyces, and Bacillus subtilis on growth of Pangolagrass and Napiergrass

摘要


本研究的目的為施用土壤微生物,對盤固草與狼尾草生長、植體營養成分、植體礦物質含量及土壤肥力的影響,試驗結果摘要如下:菌根菌(Glomus fragilis)與枯草桿菌(Bacillus subtilis),有促進盤固草與狼尾草株高、鮮草與乾物產量的效果,但對莖徑並無影響;至於放射線菌(Streptomyces griseoviridis)對於牧草生長則無顯著的效果。施用菌根菌有促進盤固草與狼尾草粗蛋白質含量的效果,但對於中、酸洗纖維含量(NDF, ADF)並無影響;至於放射線菌、 枯草桿菌對於牧草粗蛋白質與中、酸洗纖維含量亦無顯著的效果。施用菌根菌、放射線菌、枯草桿菌有促進盤固草植體礦物質元素鉀含量的效果,但對植體鈣、鎂、磷含量卻無顯著增加的效果。施用菌根菌、放射線菌、枯草桿菌有促進狼尾草植體礦物質元素磷含量的效果;施用菌根菌、放射線菌有促進狼尾草植體礦物質元素鉀含量的效果;僅菌根菌施用有促進狼尾草植體礦物質元素鈣及鎂含量的效果。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus fragilis), actinomyces (Streptomyces griseoviridis), and Bacillus subtilis on growth, nutrient and mineral content of pangolagrass A254 and napiergrass TLRI 2. Data showed that Glomus fragilis and Bacillus subtilis application increased grass height and yield but didn't affect stem diameter of grasses. Only Glomus fragilis application increased protein content of grasses, but had no effects on neutral or acid detergent fiber. Glomus fragilis, Streptomyces griseoviridis and Bacillus subtilis application increased potassium content of pangolagrass A254, but had no effects on phosphorus, potassium or magnesium. Glomus fragilis, Streptomyces griseoviridis and Bacillus subtilis application could increase phosphorus content of napiergrass. Glomus fragilis and Streptomyces griseoviridis application could increase potassium content of napiergrass. Only Glomus fragilis application could increase potassium and magnesium content of napiergrass.
