Research on Chinese education plays an important role in the development of Chinese education in Malaysia. Systematically combing and summarizing the research literature on Chinese education in Malaysia can present the basic status of the research, and can predict trends of the research based on this: the comprehensive and interdisciplinary research of the macro-holistic aspect; the multi-level research of the micro-specific aspect; the combination of micro research and macro research and deepening its theoretical property; the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis; the strengthening of prospective research. Accordingly, it is expected to provide ideas and directions for the development of Chinese education research in Malaysia.
