資訊系統問題單分析與改善之研究-以空軍A單位為例

本研究從資訊系統所開立之問題單，統計問題單開立及修正情況並探討其問題與原因，進而提出改善措施。本研究採用個案研究法，以空軍A單位為例，探討問題單修正時所遇問題，並分類分析樣本資料進行相關研究。研究發現，該單位所維護系統開立之問題單類別數量最多為系統軟體類，而問題單修正率最高之類別為通信系統類，對於系統核心之軟體類問題單修正率不佳。本研究將前述各類問題單，依型態、等級及系統維運期間維護成本與改正項目數量探討其問題根本，並針對問題單管理面提出改善措施，供後續其他資訊系統問題管理研究參考。

In this study, the events are opened and revised from the information system and the problems and causes are discussed, and then the improvement measures are put forward. In this study, case study is used to analyze the problems encountered in the revision of the problem and to analyze the sample data. The results show that the number of single-type questions opened by the unit is up to the system software category, and the highest correction rate is the communication system, and the single correction rate is not good for the software problem of the core of the system. This study will discuss the problems of the above-mentioned various types of problems, according to the type, the level and the maintenance cost and the number of correcting items during the maintenance of the system, and put forward the improvement measures for the management of the problem management information for other information system management research reference.
