應用設計思考理論建構資訊戰情中心支援生產單位快速決策之研究-以A公司為例

由於科技工具不斷的演進，使用者可以更方便運用資訊系統，有效率的方法來提供更多使用者體驗場景設計及視覺實現。然而人的思維角度變了，企業資訊系統如何藉由這波轉型進而提升企業競爭力更顯重要。關鍵在於從人的「痛點」出發，搭配企業最適的「使用場景」（use case），利用「資訊科技工具」以解決企業場景問題。戰情中心、戰情室(War Room)，前身是商業智慧(BI)系統，屬於主管資訊系統應用中的一環。說穿了，戰情中心其實就是將來自各種不同的資料(MES、ERP 等)，經過處理，以視覺化工具(數位儀表板)來呈現企業的營運管理資訊，幫助主管可以綜觀公司經營成果、日常營運監控及績效指標的成果呈現。本研究以A 公司於工廠戰情系統的採用需求為研究範圍。從生產主管視角，以設計思考(Design Thinking)為基礎，透過從人的需求出發，為各種議題尋求創新解決方案，並創造更多的可能性。冀能藉本研究成果以協助主管對於此資訊系統快速建置以協助製造主管提升管理效度有極大助益實現高效管理目標。

"Industry 4.0" has moved from concept to application, and people's thinking has changed. It is even more important for enterprise information systems to cope with this wave of intelligent manufacturing transformation and improve their competitiveness. The key is to start from the "pain point" of the person, and use the "use case" most suitable for the enterprise, and use the "information technology tools" to solve the problem of the enterprise scenario. As technology tools continue to evolve, users can more easily use information systems and use more efficient methods for more user-experienced scene design and visual implementation. The War Room, formerly known as the Business Intelligence (BI) system, is part of the application of supervisory information systems. To put it bluntly, the war room is actually processing data from a variety of different materials (MES, ERP etc.), using visual tools (digital dashboards) to present the company's operation and management information, helping executives to take a comprehensive view of the company's operating results, The results of daily operation monitoring and performance indicators are presented. This research focuses on the company W's adoption requirements for the factory's combat situation system. From the perspective of a production supervisor, based on Design Thinking, we seek innovative solutions to various issues and create more possibilities by starting from human needs. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used to assist supervisors in the rapid establishment of this information system to assist manufacturing supervisors in improving their management effectiveness.
