近年來台灣電子產業呈現成長趨緩態勢,也連帶影響半導體通路商的發展,為了在這個市場上能持續占有一席之地,探討半導體通路商併購策略之因素,儼然成為其致勝之關鍵。 本研究以半導體通路商為例,採決策實驗室分析法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL) 做為研究工具,旨在探討半導體通路商併購策略之因素。研究結果建議半導體通路商,應以「財務」、「技術與服務」與「產品」三個構面作為切入考量併購其他半導體通路商之重要因素,進而構思與規劃併購策略。期許更多半導體通路商能藉由參考本研究結果,了解併購策略之因素,進而產生規模經濟之綜效,讓此產業持續蓬勃發展,站穩臺灣,跨向國際。
In recent years, Taiwan's electronics industry has shown a slowing trend of growth, and has also affected the development of semiconductor distributors. In order to continue to occupy a place in this market, it has become the key to its success. In this study, a semiconductor distributor is taken as an example, and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) is used as a research tool to explore the factors of semiconductor M&A strategy. The research results suggest that semiconductor distributor vendors should use the three aspects of “finance”, “technology and service” and “product” as an important factor to consider the acquisition of other semiconductor distributors, and then conceive and plan their merger and acquisition strategies. It is expected that more semiconductor distributor vendors will be able to understand the factors of M&A strategy by referring to the results of this study, which will in turn lead to the synergy of economies of scale and allow the industry to continue to flourish and grow steadily in Taiwan and across the world.
