The study aims at exploring the critical sucees factors for family business in the business uncertain environment. Four key critical sucees factor categories were summarized from previous research: relationship among family members, organizational strategy, relationship between client and supplier and organizational culture. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to develop a framework for identifying critical success factors of family business. This research also prioritized these factors using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The research results provide trade entrepreneurs with guildline to effectively manage family business.
