本研究以教育部「高級中等學校適性學習社區教育資源均質化方案」之「高級中等學校教育資源指標」為基礎,探討我國技術型高級中等學校教育資源指標,旨在建立技術型高級中等學校教育資源指標及權重。研究方法採焦點團體座談及模糊德菲法,了解專家學者對技術型高級中等學校教育資源指標向度之重要性意見。最後以三角模糊數及反模糊化,進行指標之刪除及權重計算,經過重新編排後,建構「技術型高級中等學校教育資源指標系統」。 本研究建構「技術型高級中等學校教育資源指標系統」,共有10個向度、40項指標,而指標中權重最重者為學生畢業比率、權重最低者為技術型高級中等學校教師參與專業發展社群比率。依據本研究之結論,提出對主管機關、技術型高級中等學校及未來研究之建議。
Based on the “Educational Resource Indicators of Senior High Schools” of the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, this study explores the educational resource indicators of vocational high schools in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to establish the indicators and weights of educational resources of vocational high schools. The research method is focus group discussion and fuzzy Delphi method to understand the opinions of experts and scholars on the importance of the indicators direction of educational resources of vocational high schools. Finally, by using triangular fuzzy numbers and anti-fuzzy numbers, the indicators is deleted and the weights is calculated. After rearranging the index, the “Vocational High Schools Educaion Resource Indicators System” is constructed. This study constructs the “Vocational High Schools Educaion Resource Indicators System”, which has 10 dimensions and 40 indicators. Among the indicators, the highest weight is the graduation rate of students, and the lowest weight is the ratio of teachers participating in professional development community of vocational high schools. According to the conclusion of this study, some suggestions are put forward for the competent authorities, vocational high schools and future research.
