「友善職場」的概念及政策對組織的重要性與日俱增,越來越多企業因應世界快速變化的潮流,使企業經營者瞭解到,員工是企業最寶貴的資源。 建立相互友善的雇傭關係及有效的雙向溝通管道,則需透過建構友善職場環境的手段,使員工從工作之中培養解決問題的能力,並提升整體企業的人力品質。 本研究針對個案訪談7位人員,對於不同年資、職務層級、工作性質、性別及婚姻狀況的受訪者,來自行詮釋個人在職涯過程中,對於職場友善措施的感受與界定。本研究探討與歸納重點如下: 一、工作制度設計為多數受訪者所在意且最有感之措施,組織能透過提供多樣的工作制度,提供給不同需求的工作者傳達正面的友善感受。 二、工作夥伴建立的連結深受人與人之間的互動影響,低情感連結甚至影響工作效率及留任意願。組織應重視對待友善的向度,降低對組織的負面影響。 三、組織應時常透過不同調查工具了解員工需求,發展對應的友善制度讓員工感受到組織的重視、支持與信任。 四、常鼓勵員工挑戰不一樣的職涯路徑,使員工擁有適應環境變化的能力,間接強化組織的市場競爭力。 依據上述之研究結果,提供給實務上管理之建議,以利企業發展專屬的職場友善措施,朝向有效的管理及經營之道。
The concept and policy of a " Friendly Workplace " are becoming important to organizations. More and more companies understand that employees are the most valuable resources of enterprises, so that they can respond to the trend of rapid changes. To establish a mutually friendly employment relationship and an effective communication channel, it is necessary to build a friendly workplace environment, so that employees have skills of problem-solving, and improve the employee's abilities. This case study uses in-depth interviews with 7 individuals of different seniority, job level, nature of work, gender, and marital status. They can tell their own feelings and definitions of workplace-friendly measures during the interviews. The findings are listed as follows: 1.Most respondents care about the work system design. The organization can provide a variety of work systems to convey positive and friendly feelings to workers with different needs. 2.The connection established by work partners is deeply affected by the interaction between people. The low emotional connection even affects work efficiency and employee retention. Organizations should pay attention to the rapport with people at work and reduce the negative impact on the organization. 3.The organization should always use different survey tools to understand the needs of employees, and develop a corresponding friendly system so that employees can feel the organization's attention, support and trust. 4.Often encourage employees to challenge different career paths, so that employees have the ability to adapt to changes in the environment, and indirectly strengthen the organization's market competitiveness. Based on the above research results, we provide practical management advice to help companies develop exclusive workplace-friendly measures towards effective management and operation.
