直流無刷馬達應用於空調變風量節能之參數分析

摘要


因應資源有限、環保節能的聲浪高漲,全球正盡力減少能源之消耗及浪費。在空調節能方面,除了改善主機效率,還可從供風系統中的風機着手。藉由自動隨室內負載降低而使送風機變轉速以降低耗能,可節省相當大比例之電能。 本文所分析檢討的,是利用具有高效率、高轉矩、輕、薄、短、小等特性之直流無刷式馬達做為控制可變風量風機的驅動裝置,此裝置在不同的環境下,可根據負載改變送風量以節省電力能源。 本論文以目前先進發展之直流無刷式馬達送風機,依據其特性進行耗能分析,藉由可控制的熱源,架設模擬一個近於現實之環境,以觀察直流無刷式馬達應用於可變風量送風機對室內溫度變化之反應,盼藉由實際的量測分析各項參數如電壓、電流、消耗功率、頻率、波形等特性,以證明直流無刷式馬達之可變風量送風機確實是具有價值的,是值得選擇的。 經測試驗證,當選擇安裝適當冷卻能力的空調系統,在正常使用狀況下不僅能在最短的時間,將室內高溫的狀態控制至舒適溫區,又能保持在最低運轉情況下,穩定室內空調負載,同時降低送風機的耗能,直流無刷式馬達可變風量送風機系統的測試,顯示在低負載情況運轉所需輸入功率,約為一般永久分相電容式(Permanent Split Capacitor)馬達的百分之三十,本論文除針對此一新技術電力方面的量測外,並量測其脈波寬度調變(Pulse Width Modulation)波形,一方面印證其節能之效果,另一方面為減少國家總體能源的消耗有所貢獻,願將此成果分享給社會大眾,以共創美好新家園。

Owing to limited energy resources and conscience in environment protection, there is a rising trend on energy saving. Besides chiller efficiency, high potential energy saving in air-conditioning can be found in improving the efficiency of fan systems. Significant saving in electric energy can be realized by reducing the fan motor speed when indoor cooling load decreased. The thesis conducts a study on the energy saving potential of Direct Current Brushless (DCBL) motor. High efficiency, high torque, and compactness are the characteristics of DCBL motor. It is used to control the air volume according to different cooling load. An experiment was setup with a newly developed fan coil unit. The experimental setup simulates the actual applications through controllable heating as the cooling load. The operation variation of DCBL motor applying to variable air volume under different temperature conditions were tested in the experiments. The variations of electric voltage, current, power consumption, frequency, and the wave pattern were measured and analyzed. The variations of these parameters are used to show the energy saving potential of DCBL motor fan coil. The tests were used to verify that DCBL motor can respond well to the cooling capacity of a HVAC system under normal operation. It can reduce the indoor temperature to comfort zone within short period of time and can also maintain it well. It was found that DCBL motor variable air volume system used only 30% of input power compare with that of permanent split capacitor motor at low cooling load. The test results prove that the high efficiency operation of this technology can decrease the power consumption of air-conditioning significantly.
