近年來企業面臨全球化、產品複雜度提高和產品生命週期日漸縮短的壓力下,紛紛導入產品生命週期管理(PLM)系統來改善產品品質及縮短產品上市時程。然而,現今PLM系統在產品構想階段中之互動性較為薄弱,未來PLM系統趨勢將會鎖定在與顧客端進行互動,以掌握顧客需求和強化產品預測能力。Web2.0的出現改善使用者的互動模式。因此,本研究透過Web2.0於PLM系統平台上應用:利用Wiki改善PLM的互動性,以達到產品創新之目的,並使用RSS、AJAX技術達成資訊即時傳遞。 最後,本研究以機車產業為例,透過情境模擬Web 2.0於PLM系統運作模式,並以模糊德菲法進行情境驗證,其運作模式可作為PLM系統廠商之參考依據。
In recent years, because the enterprises have been facing pressures from globalization, higher product complexity, and shorter product lifecycle, product lifecycle management (PLM) system has been introduced to improve quality and to shorten the time to market. However, now days PLM systems’ reaction are weak in the ideation stage, PLM trend will focus on the interaction with customers to improve the predictability for customer needs and product forecast to Strengthen. The rise of Web2.0 recently has improved the interaction with users therefore this research will introduce Web 2.0 to PLM platform: improve PLM’s interaction with Wiki to achieve the goal of product innovation, as well achieve the real-time information delivery with RRS and AJAX. At last, this study which takes the motorcycle industry for example will used scenarios simulation Web 2.0 in the PLM system platform, and will complete scenario verification with Fuzzy Delphi Method. The operating pattern is able to be taken as a reference by PLM companies.
