全球製造科技不斷進步,企業使用許多有害金屬物質,造成環境汙染的問題日漸嚴重。為了因應歐盟委員會提出對環境的要求,企業紛紛重新整合供應鏈(Supplier Chain Management; SCM )環境,藉以成為企業競爭力不可或缺關鍵要素。 本研究因而提出綠色供應商評估模式,其內容分成兩部分:(一) 建立綠色供應商評估模型,分別應用分析層級程序法(Analytical Hierarchy Process; AHP)、模糊分析層級程序法(Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process; FAHP) 、模糊理想解類似度偏好順序評估法(Fuzzy Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solutions; FTOPSIS)以及Fuzzy VIKOR(Fuzzy VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje; FVIKOR)方法於評估影響綠色供應商之重要準則。此四種方法可讓公司能在不同的策略下能快速找出密切合作的供應商,節省繁雜的評選過程。(二)考慮現實生活中資訊的不完全準確性與模糊的性質,運用模糊多目標線性規劃(Fuzzy Multiple Objective Possibilistic Linear Programming; FMOPLP)方法來解決模糊多目標訂單數量分配問題。為企業可以在不同情況下於合適的供應商中訂購最適當的數量。
In spite of the advancements in global manufacturing technologies, there are still companies using a substantial number of harmful metals that exacerbates the problem of environmental pollution. In response to the environmental requirements of European Commission, more and more enterprises have come to recognize the importance of SCM (Supplier Chain Management) re-integration in meeting the demand for better and greener products and production technologies and in enhancing their business competitiveness. The study accordingly aims at developing evaluation systems for green supplier selection. This study therefore proposed assessment model of green suppliers, the content is divided into two parts: (1). Building a Green Supplier Evaluation Model. Four methods, AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)、FAHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process), FTOPSIS (Fuzzy Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solutions) and FVIKOR (Fuzzy VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje), are adopted to assess major selection criteria and to provide enterprises with diverse strategies for identifying optimal suppliers without relying on complicated evaluation process; (2). Taking into consideration of the incomplete and ambiguous nature of real-life information, FMOPLP (Fuzzy Multiple Objective Possibilistic Linear Programming) is adopted to resolve fuzzy multi-objective allocation of orders.
