本研究探討如何發展一個空間圖像搜尋介面,幫助兒童使用者搜尋學習資訊。導航尋路行為可以作為兒童搜尋資訊之人機介面的設計理念,利用導航尋路行為可以建構空間圖像搜尋介面,從而協助兒童透過空間圖像搜尋介面,探索數位資源學習系統。本研究並針對操控因子如人的尋路行為方式結合搜尋訊息以圖示(icon)在二度及三度空間背景中呈現,從而評估訊息組合模式是否對使用者搜尋資訊有所影響。 本研究基於人類是生活在空間的生物,因此利用人類在空間尋找目標的行為、結合人類內在知識管理架構模式,設計一個具有三度空間概念的兒童搜尋資訊介面,研究結果將能幫助兒童在搜尋數位資源時,建立內在的知識地圖去管理學習資訊。研究並透過兒童認知量測、人機介面使用性研究結合統計分析,驗證兒童使用空間圖像介面搜尋行為。
The study is to develop a Information Seeking Interface with Spatial Navigation to help children seeking information. The concept of designing a Wayfinding in HCI will help children seeking information, it could develop a spatial icon seeking interface, therefore assist children explore the digital learning from spatial icon. So that we design a new user interface in 3D which assist human’s seeking information behavior from Wayfinding. The original idea of this study base on that human is a specific living in 3D space, that means human could use the mental map before we act the seeking information in space, so we develop The information Seeking Interface with Spatial Icons for the Children. The result of this study is to assist children build a mental map from this user interface. By using Usability Testing and statistical analysis, we can not only prove the performance of how children use spatial icon seeking interface, but also the cognitive theory, and find out the Wayfinding behavior will emerge.
