本論文提出對於手機硬體整合之建議事項,包含基頻、射頻、音頻電路以及天線方面之測試規範介紹與重要元件擺放和佈線法則。現行之行動裝置大都由以上四大系統電路所組成。另因潮流所趨,無線充電系統也逐漸應用至行動裝置設備上,故本論文也將其技術列入研究。上述每一系統之硬體電路對於產品皆含有決定成敗的因素。因此 ,要如何做好每一部分之硬體設計,包含元件之擺放、佈線方式、料件選取、測試規範等皆需於產品開發初期做好全盤之考量。然而,若能進而掌握元件之物理特性和了解通訊之基礎原理,勢必能大大減少產品於研發階段中亦或量產中所遭遇之問題。 為了解決產品開發中常面臨之難題,文中除了使用實際成品作實驗,並且透過修改前後之比較結果與數據得知如何有效解決問題。如此縮短問題排除時間,必然改善了原先系統於整合時所造成的費時之問題癥結。而各實驗中之修改,除對於原先設計取得改善外,另一方面也節省了整體成本。手機硬體設計者若能依循文中所提及之法則運作及了解元件基本特性原理,勢必能節省其系統整合時間及設計成本 。
This thesis specifies the suggestions for integrations of mobile headset device, it also includes the test specifications and placements of main components, and analyzes the layout rules for baseband, RF, audio, and antenna. The present mobile headset devices are mostly composed of the four parts above. Because of the current trend appears that the wireless charging is booming quickly, the researches of wireless charging are also written in the thesis. The every part of the above hardware circuits decides the success or failure for a complete product. Therefore, how to do the best hardware design for every part, it really needs to do the comprehensive considerations for placement, layout, component, test specification, and so on. However, if we can definitely control the physical characteristics of components more advanced and actually know the basic theories of communication, it could reduce the problems greatly which occur during the design and mass production stage. In order to solve the problems which occur during the development stage, I use the real product to do the experiments and figure out how to solve the problems effectively by comparing the results which include before and after modifications. The test results show that it really reduces the time of debugging and improves the time-consuming issue of system integration. The modifications of every experiment aren't only improving results but also saving the whole cost. The hardware engineers of mobile phone could reduce the whole time and cost during system integration and design if they comply with the rules which mentioned in the thesis and really know the basic characteristics of components.
