以FPGA 做為數位功率控制核心之直流-直流轉換器研製

摘要


近年來由於具有省元件與彈性化等特點,使數位功率控制已逐漸成為電力電子目前研發重點技術之一。本文主要是以可規劃邏輯陣列晶片為核心設計數位功率控制器,首先選用Actel 公司Fusion 系列M1AFS600 之PFGA 作為發展核心,以VHDL 語言之設計數位功率控制所需之核心功能,該功能含PWM產生電路、與PWM 同步取樣之類比-數位轉換器、比例-積分補償器及其飽和限制機制、數位-類比轉換器之串列介面電路與數位輸出/輸入等功能。隨後發展測試程式並以M1AFS600 之FPGA EVM 板逐項驗證所設計之功能;最後,建構一簡易之直流-直流轉換器以驗證所設計數位功率控制功能之有效性。

In recent years, the digital power control has gradually become one of the major developing and researching technologies in the field of power electronics due to the characteristics of saving components and flexibility. The control kernel of the proposed digital power controller is based on a field programmable gate array in this paper. Firstly, we chose FPGA of M1AFS600 from the Fusion series of the Actel Company as the developing core and design the key functions under VHDL environment. These functions include PWM generator, A/D converter synchronized with PWM, PI controller and its saturation limited mechanism, D/A interface and Digital I/O and so on. Secondly, developing test programs and verifying the designed functions on FPGA EVM board of M1AFS600. Finally, a simple DC-DC converter controlled by the FPGA is used to confirm the validity the proposed digital power control.
