本研究旨在藉由臺灣地區公立高職教師生涯承諾的整體傾向分析,探討不同生涯情境屬性變項與生涯情境知覺變項的教師對生涯承諾的差異情形,據此瞭解不同生涯情境屬性變項與生涯情境知覺變項對生涯承諾的預測力。主要採問卷調查,研究工具為「臺灣地區公立高職教師生涯承諾及其相關因素之研究問卷」,以我國九十四學年的臺灣地區公立高職教師為母群體。共計發放1500份問卷,有效問卷1272份,有效回收率為84.8%。統計方法採項目分析、信度分析、次數分配、平均數、標準差、百分比分析、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、臺灣地區公立高職教師生涯承諾顯著高於部分符合程度。 二、不同生涯情境屬性變項的教師對生涯承諾有顯著差異。 三、不同生涯情境知覺變項的教師對生涯承諾有顯著差異。 四、生涯情境屬性變項與生涯情境知覺變項,對教師生涯承諾具預測力。
The purpose of this study was the overall analysis to explore the public senior vocational school teachers’ current situation of career commitment, which discussed the differences of the career commitment for the teachers of different variable of career situation attribute and career situation perception. According to understanding how the prediction of career commitment affected by different variable of career situation attribute and career situation perception. This study was taken by questionnaire survey. Research instrument was「The table of career commitment and related factors of teachers in public senior vocational school in Taiwan」. The population was selected from the teachers of the public senior vocational school at the 94th academic year, which dispatched 1500 copies of questionnaire survey. The valid questionnaire survey were 1272 copies, and valid return ratio was 84.8%. Statistical techniques were item analysis, confidence analysis, frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, percentage analysis, one-sample t-test, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and diverse stepwise regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1.There is more significant career commitment, which is higher than partial correspondence level for the teachers of public senior vocational school in Taiwan. 2.There is a significant difference in career commitment for the different career situation attribute variable of the public senior vocational school teachers. 3.There is a significant difference in career commitment for the different career situation perception variable of the public senior vocational school teachers. 4.The variables of career situation attribute and career situation perception can predict teachers career commitment.
