彈性調整壓接鉗之研發

摘要


本研究係彈性調整壓接鉗之研發,本壓接鉗在加入彈性調整機構後,可讓鉗口間距在不同尺寸下做調整,讓壓接鉗將不同大小的端子與電纜線壓接結合,且不用更換壓接口模。 本壓接鉗之設計方向,是以壓接機構加上彈性調整機構組合之。在壓接機構上,使用肘節原理及槓桿原理,將手施加在壓接鉗握柄的力量放大,讓使用者能夠省力操作;而在彈性調整機構則是以滑塊曲柄連桿組,配合輸入桿與耦桿的角度變化設計之。整合壓接機構及彈性調整機構後,本壓接鉗可視為七連桿組,並且擁有兩個自由度,其中一個自由度由彈性調整機構所用;而另一個自由度則為操作自由度。經過空間的配置與外型的修飾,本研究將壓接鉗以Pro/Mechanica 分析模組,作應力、應變及位移的力學分析,經過反覆的模擬及修改後,本研究亦將壓接鉗之原型製作,組裝並測試壓接功能,最後將研究成果作總結,以便未來相關研究者參考。

The adjustable crimping pliers can auto-focus the distance of the jaws of the pliers on different size of terminal, which makes the terminals be clamped without changing jaw die. The design direction of the pliers is to combine the crimping mechanism and the adjustable mechanism. The crimping mechanism is applied to toggle effect and leverage, which increases the force of input and makes the user operate easily. The adjustable mechanism design with crank-slider mechanism and its toggle angle of coupler link and input link. The pliers could be seven link which has two degree of freedom. One is used by adjustable mechanism, the other is used by operating. The research is to analyse the stress, stain and displacement with Pro/Mechanica by repetitiously editing. Then producing, testing and assembling the samples. At last summarizing the research result for some related researchers' reference.
