台灣營建工程產業走進國際競爭市場,隨著工程技術的成長,建築工程的規模日益龐大,施工階段之土建與機電介面更加複雜化,若仍以傳統思維的工程管理方式,將無法達到介面整合之目標,將造成市場競爭力降低,勢必無法生存甚至可能被潮流所淘汰,得知建築工程施工階段土建與機電介面整合管理,成為刻不容緩的課題。本研究將以專案管理立場研究探討施工階段介面問題,發掘分析各階段重要事項,結合實際案例施工管理經驗,提出介面整合管理整合方法,建立標準介面整合管理模式、管理程序與管理機制,結合文獻與產經學專家意見,有效運用在實際案例。 本研究針對施工階段土建與機電介面,歸納各階段介面整合管理問題,彙整為5W1H 介面管理整合流程,並提出圖說介面整合協調、介面待辦事項追蹤、介面整合進度分析、介面問題改善追蹤表、介面管理資訊系統等,施工階段介面整合管理方法,可確保介面管理之執行效能,並使各項相關之介面管理整合手段均能按照計畫執行,藉由透過實際案例驗證,並探討實際案例介面整合管理遭遇問題,瞭解介面整合管理不足之處,分析實際案例應用之改進空間,最後提出後續應用之建議,使提升工程介面整合管理之績效。
There are different interface problems among project participants during the construction phase in construction projects. The objective of this study is to propose approach for interface management in construction/mechanical/electrical system during the construction phase. This study mainly examines the proposed interface management procedures and mechanisms, especially in construction construction/mechanical/electrical system to provide effective project construction management in practice. Furthermore, the proposed interface management approach is then applied in real case construction/mechanical/electrical case in Taiwan to verify our proposed approach and demonstrate improvements to the interface management during the construction phase. The combined results demonstrate that, a proposed approach can be a useful interface management approach. Finally, facing problems, limitations and conclusions are proposed and discussed for further related application
