校園安全日益重要,教育部開始藉由一些科技來幫助校園安全之工作執行,因此開始對幾所學校建置校園安全之RFID系統,並與幾所大學組成建置團隊,將RFID具有可穿透性、資料讀取速度快等特性,應用於監控、防盜以及資產管理等方面,透過此系統建置,期望可達到安全校園、便利校園及輔助教學之目標。校園安全計畫實施之過程,需由校方工作人員、教職人員及實施團隊小組共同搭配完成,因此,關於教職人員採用校園安全之RFID系統的接受度,也會為該系統導入之成敗關鍵因素之一。本研究將藉由科技接受整合模式(UTAUT)與任務科技配適度理論(TTF)為主,發展出研究假說,接著以問卷調查收集資料,再探討各個變數間之影響。研究分析主要以因素分析及結構方程式等方法為主,針對200份回收之有效樣本做檢測,結果顯示科技任務會影響任務科技配適度,任務科技配適度及付出預期會對績效預期有影響,而績效預期則會對行為意圖有影響;社會影響及促成條件則不會對行為意圖造成顯著的影響。
Campus security system, provides the ability to monitor, security and asset management etc, it can help teaching staff improve their work performance, and the process of implementation of campus security plan is required by the school staff, teaching staff and implementation team completed together, so it is importance which teaching staff’s acceptance behavior on RFID based Campus security system. This study explores the factors that affect teaching staff to accept campus security system by using UTAUT and TTF model. The participant size was 200, and test reliability, validity, and SEM were verifying the hypothesis. Results indicate that Technology Characteristic has a positive effect on Task-Technology Fit, Task-Technology Fit and Effort Expectancy have a positive effect on Performance Expectance, and Performance Expectancy has a positive effect on Behavioral Intention. Therefore, managers are suggested to improve the teaching staff's cognition for performance of campus security systems to increase their intention. And this will help school to establish successful campus security systems.
