風力發電及太陽光電應用於台灣電力公司電力系統之探討

摘要


由於傳統能源之儲存有限,石化能源將日漸枯竭,高油價時代來臨(目前每桶超過100美元),及溫室效應、臭氧層的破壞及酸雨等問題,逐漸造成全球性氣候變化,引起世界各國關注,因應世界潮流之環保壓力,皆促使無污染、潔淨新能源之使用成為必然趨勢,建造風力發電和太陽光電,將引領及培養民眾環保、節能之觀念,推動風力發電和太陽光電計畫之建造和執行,亦可促使國內產業對於再生能源近一步瞭解及技術的提昇。 本文主要說明台灣電力公司風力發電計畫和太陽光電計畫之近況及未來,並就整個台電目前風力廠家技術資料及太陽光電的推廣,藉由各種風力機組和太陽光電發電型式應用於台灣電力公司系統之探討,提供我們瞭解多元化能源發電之特性,以利台灣再生能源技術之參考。

Because the traditional energy resources are limited and the depletion of fossil energy is occurring, an era of high oil price is coming (right now more than US$100 per barrel). People around the world are focusing their attention on the issue of global weather change which is caused by the greenhouse effect、destruction of ozone layer and acid rain. To cope with the trend of using clean energy, a large number of wind and photovoltaic power stations are under construction now. This trend has the merit to teach people to save energy and has the contribution to promote the technology of renewable energy. This thesis presents the present situation and the future projects of wind and photovoltaic power stations of Taipower. By collecting all information of different types of wind and photovoltaic power stations, we can understand character of various types of renewable power stations. It also provides good reference for the technology of renewable energy.
