醫療機構供熱水系統能源效益評估

摘要


由於能源飆漲、環保意識抬頭與全民健保給付制度改革,使台灣地區醫療機構經營面臨嚴苛考驗。為降低經營成本,進行全院建築物各項耗能與經濟效益改善評估,其中熱水供應系統少有人進行相關能源經濟效益的研究。 因此本文之主要研究目的為:利用熱經濟與能級分析之觀念,發展可用於分析大型醫療機構供熱水系統能源效率的理論模式與評估指標,並針對國內某大型醫療機構十個不同供熱水系統設計案例進行分析與探討,藉以找出最佳供熱水系統設計方案。 本文所考量的十個供熱水系統包含:兩種利用燃燒過程以化學能轉換成熱能之燃油鍋爐與天然氣鍋爐、一種以電能直接轉換成熱能之電氣鍋爐、六種不同熱泵機組配合尖離峰運轉模式等設計案例。 評估指標則包含: 生命周期間等值總費用、能級平衡係數、以及系統對環境衝擊影響。研究結果發現: 經過多項分別代表總投資成本、能源過程合理性與對環境衝擊性等評估指標之評比,所有案例中以應用冷熱源雙效熱泵的供熱水系統 (model-6)表現最佳。 本文研究結果將可提供我國大型醫療機構或相關產業類似需求,在新建築物熱源設施規劃設計時參考,其模擬分析流程亦可作為供熱系統能源耗用與轉換熱能過程合理性評估。

Nowadays, due to the increasing energy cost, rise of eco-awareness, and reformation of National Health Insurance, medicine establishments in Taiwan face crucial challenges. In order to cut off the operating cost, medicine establishments have to process appropriate evaluation in each building for improving energy cost and economic efficiency. However, few studies addressed in the economic efficiency of hot water supply system. Therefore, the aim of this study is to develop a working model with appropriate markers for evaluating hot water supply systems in large-sized medicine establishments by applying theories of thermoeconomics and energy level analysis. Ten different cases of hot water supply system from one domestic medicine establishment were analyzed and discussed to figure out the optimal plan for hot water supply system. These ten cases include two fuel boilers and one natural gas-fired boiler, which exchange chemical energy to thermal energy, one electric boiler, which exchange electric energy to thermal energy, and six different heat pump which are designed for the peak/off-peak loading operation mode. Evaluating markers includes the total cost of whole life cycle, energy level coefficient, and the environmental impact of each system. Results of this study indicate that the hot supply system (Model-6) powered by multi-source heat pump (MSHP) demonstrated the best operating performance. This study provides useful references for the evaluation and improvement needs in large-sized domestic medicine establishments and relative industries. Analysis and evaluation processes presented in this study are also capable for rational evaluation in the energy efficiency and exchange processes of hot water supply system.
