隨著網際網路的快速發展與資訊科技的普及,尤其是全球資訊網(WWW)結合了文字、圖片、聲音、視訊等功能,透過全球資訊網各式各樣格式的數位化資訊得以用迅速且便利的方式傳播至世界各地,全球資訊網具有天涯若比鄰特性,已成為人類有史以來最大的知識體。伴隨而來的數位學習(E-Learning)已成為各界矚目的研究議題,但目前數位學習發展所遇到的瓶頸皆為輟學率問題。在根據美國訓練與發展協會(ASTD)2003年調查結果顯示,數位學習的輟學率高達65%~ 80 %,以及文獻中發現88%的學習者希望在數位化教學課程中,能夠有一位指導教師來協助及支援其學習,讓學習得以更有效率。 故本研究為了改善上述問題,以建置數位化與實體同步進行的混合式學習系統,並且以國立台北科技大學資訊與運籌管理研究所在2009、2010年所開設的多變量分析課程加以實驗,並以UTAUT模型加以分析接受度的主要因素,其主要研究結果可知,以模型中的績效期望、付出期望、社群影響與促成條件透過訪談方式發現,使用者以時間、學習成效、授課老師鼓勵與互動性做為考量的依據。本研究建議未來實行混合式數位學習,應加以考量上述因素,以增加使用者的接受程。
The recent rapid advances in Internet and information technology popularization, especially the WWW combines text, image, audio and video, the WWW through various formats of digital information can be used quick and convenient to spread all over the world, the World Wide Web has the characteristics of a small world. The WWW has become the largest body of knowledge in history. E-Learning has become widespread attention in the research topic, but the E-learning are all the bottlenecks encountered in drop-out rates. In accordance with the United States for Training and Development ASTD survey results show that E-Learning drop-out rates as high as 65% to 80%, and study found that 88% of the learners wish to E-Learning courses have a teacher to assist and support their learning, so that E-Learning to be more efficient. The purpose of this study was to improve the problem, to build the digital and physical synchronized Hybrid learning system, and use of the NTUT Institute of Information and Logistics Management of the school in multivariate analysis course students experiment and analysis UTAUT main factors. This study suggests that the future implementation of hybrid e-learning. The time, performance, teacher’s encouragement and interaction factors should be considered in hybrid e-learning.
