臺北地區公立高職綜合職能科學生職場實習廠商留用意願影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討職場實習廠商經過與高職綜合職能科學生職場實習的進一步接觸後,對高職綜合職能科學生之留用意願及影響其留用意願之因素。並進而瞭解不同背景變項職場實習廠商在留用綜合職能科學生意願影響因素之差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以「臺北地區公立高職綜合職能科學生職場實習廠商留用意願影響因素之調查問卷」為研究工具。研究對象為100學年度臺北地區公立高職綜合職能科高三學生職場實習工作地點之廠商,並排除庇護工場及相同職場,共計110家廠商,進行問卷普查。總計發放11所學校,共計110份問卷,回收100份,回收率90.9%;資料回收後採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定及多元逐步迴歸進行資料的分析與討論,所獲致之結論為: 一、職場實習廠商對高職綜合職能科學生之留用意願為中上程度。 二、職場實習廠商對高職綜合職能科學生之留用意願因職場實習廠商的教育程度而有差異,不因性別、年齡、有無僱用經驗、公司員工數(含兼職)、公司所在地而有差異。 三、職場實習廠商對高職綜合職能科學生留用意願影響因素各題項的同意程度為中上程度至高等程度之間。 四、職場實習廠商在留用綜合職能科學生意願影響因素不因性別、年齡、教育程度、有無僱用經驗、公司員工數(含兼職)、公司所在地而有差異。 五、「法令政策與社會責任」、「雇主認知」兩向度對職場實習廠商對高職綜合職能科學生留用意願有顯著之預測力。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the willingness of rehiring and factors that affect such willingness among students from department of comprehensive occupational abilities of senior vocational school through additional contacts between manufacturer and students from department of comprehensive occupational abilities of senior vocational school at job-sites. As such, it can help to appreciate the scenario of difference regarding manufacturers with diverse background variables of job-site internship towards factors that affect willingness of rehiring retention among students from department of comprehensive occupational abilities. This study has employed questionnaire survey, based on “A Survey on Factors Influencing Internship Employers’ Willingness to Rehire Mild Mentally Challenged Students of Public Senior Vocational Schools in Taipei City and New Taipei City” as its research tool. The subject of research is targeted at the manufacturers of job-sites where students of grade 12 from department of comprehensive occupational abilities of public senior vocational schools in Taipei area conducting their job-site internship. Besides, it has excluded shelter factories and job-sites, of the same job areas, 110 manufacturers in total from survey of the questionnaire. As a whole, questionnaires were distributed to 11 schools, in a total of 110 copies of questionnaires distributed, with 100 copies returned. The retrieval rate reaches 90.9%. Then, after information has been collected it is conducted of analysis and discussion with frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one sample t-test, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, and multiple stepwise regression, with conclusions obtained as followed: 1. The willingness of rehiring among manufacturers of internship job-sites for students from the department of comprehensive occupational abilities of senior vocational school is considered as of median. 2. With degree of consent among each of the question items regarding the willingness of rehiring among manufacturers of internship job-sites for students from the department of comprehensive occupational abilities of senior vocational school is considered as of median between highest . 3.The willingness of rehiring among manufacturers of internship job-sites for students from the department of comprehensive occupational abilities of senior vocational school depends on educational level of the manufacturers, instead of gender, age, having or havingnot hiring experience, number of employees including part-time workers, and location of companies. 4.The factors influencingthe willingness of rehiring among manufacturers of internship job-sites forstudents from the department of comprehensive occupational abilities of seniorvocational school do not depend on manufacturers’ gender, age, educationallevel, having or having not hiring experiencing, number of employees includingpart-time workers, and location of companies. 5. The two factors as “law and policy as well as social responsibility,” and “employer cognition,” render positive impact.
