電容式觸控面板整合鍵盤和滑鼠之研究與製作

摘要


觸控面板(Touch Panel)是目前人類與電腦溝通介面當中最簡單的一種,它的人性化操作方式不僅容易上手,直覺式介面更是讓使用者不需另外學習操作,更可大幅縮小產品的體積,增加產品的行動性,漸漸成為可攜式產品(Portable Product)的標準配備。唯有觸控面板一般是拿來當作電腦滑鼠(Mouse)來使用,對於文字輸入的功能相當欠缺。基於上述原因,本論文探討一種新型態的輸入方式,利用原本做為筆記型電腦滑鼠的電容式(Capacitive)觸控面板,加入虛擬鍵盤(Keyboard)的功能,將觸控面板所偵測到的觸碰資訊,分析運算後,使得電容式觸控面板將不是只有單一滑鼠功能,且具有鍵盤文字輸入之功能,進而達到電容式觸控面板整合鍵盤與滑鼠的實現與應用。本論文將著重在微處理器的硬體設計,利用微處理器的主從式架構,完成多片觸控面板的整合;以及韌體的演算法架構,經過對觸碰資料的分析運算,加以判斷,完成鍵盤與滑鼠的識別與資料傳送;並配合電腦軟體來執行,讓本論文在操作系統上實現。本論文經實作證明,滑鼠的辨識率可達96%,滑鼠軌跡移動的準確率達94%,而鍵盤的辨識率可達85%,鍵盤文字輸入的準確率可達82%以上,並可以隨意改變觸控面積大小,變化其功能。本論文所提出的新型態輸入方式「電容式觸控面板整合鍵盤與滑鼠」,將可作為未來行動化輸入設備之參考。

Touch panel is the easiest communicate interface between human and computers at present. Its user-friendly operation is easy to use and intuitive user interface makes the users have no need to learn how to use it. It can remarkably reduce the size of product and increase portability, and gradually becomes a standard equipment of a portable product, though it lacks the function of data input. Based on the reasons described above, this thesis explores a new type of input method. We utilize capacitive touch panel which is originally used as a laptop’s mouse with the virtual keyboard. We analysis the touch information to make the capacitive touch panel not only functions as a mouse but also as a keyboard with the function of data input. The designed capacitive touch panel can be a keyboard with mouse’s function. This thesis focuses on the microprocessor’s hardware design of master-slaves architecture to complete of a multiple touch panel. After operational analysis of the integration information which is determined with the firmware algorithm structure, the identification and information delivery of the keyboard and mouse are completed on an operation system. It shows that the mouse’s identify rate is 96%, the movements of a mouse’s accuracy is 94% and the keyboard’s identify rate is 85%, the data input of a keyboard’s accuracy can reach to 82%. Besides, the size and function of the touch panel can be changed as desired. Generally, a new type of input method “integrating keyboard and mouse with capacitive touch panel” is successfully achieved as a reference for future study of a mobile input device.
