高齡者對砧板握把尺寸使用性評估

摘要

本研究旨在探討高齡者對於，砧板握把尺寸的使用性評估，首先調查了市面上握口樣式及尺寸，整理出三款樣式： 長方圓、單弧圓、雙弧圓，每款長度變化為80mm、85mm、90mm，寬度變化為20mm、25mm、30mm，握把組件數為(3×3×3)共計27個，作為本研究的評估樣本。
然後由受測者依取拿便利性、提握舒適度、舉握舒適度及手部握合適合度，四項指標進行使用評估，結果發現: (1) 長方圓握把與單弧圓握把，男性高齡者最適合尺寸為：長90mm×寬25mm；女性高齡者最適合尺寸為:長85mm×寬25mm。(2) 雙弧圓握把，男性高齡者最適合尺寸為：長90mm×寬30mm；女性高齡者最適合尺寸為：長85mm×寬25mm。(3)男、女高齡者評估所得最適合握把樣式皆為單弧圓握把。(4)各樣式握把尺寸長度部份男性至少大於86mm，女性至少大於80mm；寬度部份男、女使用上皆至少大於20mm。

This study aims to assess the grip size of cutting boards for elderly. Firstly, the patterns and sizes of cutting bords on the market were investigated. Then, the shape of grip was classed into three types: rectangle circle, circle with single large arc and circle with two large arcs in same direction. The length of each shape includes: 80mm, 85mm and 90mm; the width includes: 20mm, 25mm and 30mm.
27 grips in total were evaluated according to four indicators: convenience of getting, comfort levels of lifting, comfort levels of holding and the fitness of gripping. The result indicates that (1) With rectangle circle and circle with single large arc, the fittest dimension for male elders is: 90mm length × 25mm width; and 85mm length × 25mm width for female elders. (2) In circle with two large arc in same direction, the fittest dimension for male elders is: 90mm length × 30mm width; and 85mm length × 25mm width for female elders. (3) The fittest shape of the handle bar for elders is the circle type with single large arc. (4) The length is at least more than 86mm for male, 80mm for female; the width is at least 20mm for both male and female.
