丙酮-甲醇-水之萃取蒸餾塔動態模擬程式設計

摘要


萃取蒸餾塔常用於分離沸點相近的混合物,藉由加入夾帶劑改變成份間的相對揮發度,進而達到分離的目的。本研究希望利用個人電腦模擬一座以分離丙酮-甲醇為目的,以水做夾帶劑之萃取蒸餾塔,並進行程序動態分析與蒸餾控制策略的研究。 本研究是利用Microsoft Visual Basic 2005程式語言作為開發的工具,程式的建構在於將蒸餾塔中各板層及不同的操作單元分別列出質能平衡與相平衡方程式,並建立數個副程式模組,再加入塔頂與塔底控制器來達到控制產品品質的目的,構成一完整的模擬程式。 從模擬結果得知,模擬程式的穩態值與計算所得之穩態值相近。而且動態應答也相當合理,故本模擬程式將可提供進一步做控制策略的探討與研究之用。

Extract distillation column commonly used to separate mixture which the boiling point was close. The system usually added an entrainer to change the relative volatility of the two components which the aim of separation was accomplished. The study is to develop a dynamic simulation of extract distillation column which water used as the entrainer to separate acetone and methanol, and model identification and control of distillation was studied. In this simulation program, Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 was used as a developing tool. The program developing with solving the mass balance, energy balance and phase equilibrium equations of different operation units and then construct them to be a series of subroutine models. Two temperature controllers were used to achieve the purpose of product quality control. By virtue of this simulation results, the steady state value of simulation program is similar by calculated. The dynamic response is also reasonable, and therefore this simulation program can be provided for further studies and research of control strategy.
