摘要

圖書館是一開放之公共空間，主要功能除借閱圖書、期刊、參考文獻、欣賞視聽多媒體外，隨現今多功能發展之趨勢，結合地方文物特色成立博物館，並進一步經營短期進修研習、美術、表演藝術或攝影作品展覽場所等等大小型藝文活動，隨著周休二日與活動之舉辦更吸引人們進入此一充實心靈殿堂之活動場所，故對於防火安全之設備措施更需加強檢視，以確保安全。除了人身安全外，許多珍貴的圖書文物，亦不容許因祝融肆虐而致付之一炬。尤其現今台灣，地窄人稠，土地寸土寸金，高樓大廈林立，對於防火巷、逃生路線與安全門等相關設施，常因忽略而造成重大傷亡，本論文研製之主要目的為配合CFAST等程式軟體進行火場研究，模擬火場發生時溫度、氣層高度、CO濃度等狀況，並參考現行之消防法、建築法等相關法規予以探討驗證，並對逃生時間、路線等加以研究，以期能於火災發生時，能夠使傷害降至最低，並使吾人對火場安全有更深一層之認知與警惕。

The library is an open up public space. The functions of the library are to read or borrowed books, to browse through journals or references, and to admire for audio-visual multimedia. Besides it establishes several short-term courses for further education, holds the exhibitions of arts or photography and so on. It combines the characteristics with the local cultures to set up museums, with the tendency of multi-functional development nowadays.
With weekend’s coming or holding the activities, these attract many people go into this place to enjoy. Therefore, we should enhance the equipments of fire prevention and safety to make sure that everyone is safe. Not only personal safety, but also there are a lot of precious books and cultural properties, which should not be allowed to be burned to let us feel regret very much.
Taiwan is an island country. She is crowded and narrow. Every single inch of the land in Taiwan is expensive, so we usually ignore some fire escape space, for example, the fire lane, and in the direction of escapements; it is always causes harm greatly.
The purpose of this paper is to harmony with the program of CFAST to run the research of the scene of a fire simulation and analyze, the conditions of the upper layer temperature, layer height, CO concentration, etc. And this paper also referred to the current fire fighting laws, Building laws, etc. to explore, test and verify escaping time and directions. It is very important to reduce the injure to the lowest when it occurs, and to make me to understand and alert about the fire safety further.
