中文摘要 在此研究中,利用軟體來建構模擬非印刷式導光板和相關元件的光學模型,來探討各個參數對導光板的亮度及均勻度所產生的影響,在這些參數中包含了追跡光線的數目、散射體的尺寸、散射體的間距、排列的方式以及半徑的變化率等。 模擬計算結果顯示,追跡光線的數量至少需要100萬條以上,才能把導光板散射的亮度和均勻度等特性顯現出來。在有限的空間範圍內,逐漸增加相鄰散射體間半徑的大小或減少散射體間距可對導光板的亮度與均勻度產生正面的貢獻。此外,有效的運用範圍會隨著原始半徑的大小而有所變化,不同類型的排列方式及半徑遞增率等也都會對散射體的分佈提供有價值的資訊。 在本文中,雖未能明確定出高均勻度導光板的參數值,但是提供了參數變化對亮度及均勻度產生影響的數據,可做為設計導光板上散射體分佈的重要依據,期能避開他人的專利,發展出自己的專利。
ABSTRACT In this study, using the software to create the optical model of non-printed light guide plate and related elements. To discuss each structural parameter’s effective for luminance and uniformity of light guide plate. The structural parameters include numbers of tracing ray、radius of scattering sphere、spacing of scattering sphere、types of scattering sphere distribution and variation of radius increasing. The simulation results show one billion rays is the minimum requirement to show the characters of luminance and uniformity of light guide plate. Increasing the radius of scattering sphere or decreasing the spacing of scattering sphere in a finite region will get the positive result for the luminance and uniformity. And the region will be different depend on the initialize radius value of scattering sphere. Different type of distribution and radius increasing rate also provide valuable information for scattering sphere distribution. Although the best way for high uniformity light guide plate design didn’t be discovery in the paper, but we provide the data of effective about structural parameters for luminance and uniformity of light guide plate, which can be the reference for scattering sphere distribution of light guide plate design. To avoid other’s patent and have our own patent.
