女性主管領導特質與領導效能關係之研究

A Study of The Relation between Female Leaders' Leading Traits and Leadership Effectivness

摘要

本研究以女性主管為研究對象，探討女性主管領導特質與領導效能之關係。研究者針對上述問題提出研究假說，以桃園地區七所大學院校一、二級女性主管為研究樣本，統計共有68位，回收有效問卷57份。研究發現：1.女性主管人際技能、具影響力、參與式管理、關懷體恤與建立團隊共識等領導特質與領導效能都有顯著的相關。2.女性主管之婚姻與領導特質有顯著差異，但學歷與領導特質無顯著差異。3.女性主管之學歷、婚姻、子女數與領導效能無顯著差異。

The context of this study is the female leaders. We used referent cognition theory to develop our hypotheses. We examine the relationships between female leaders’ leading traits and leadership effectiveness. I got 57 effective respondents. The results showed that 1.the traits of external interaction and interpersonal skills、influence、participative management、consideration and building team consensus are significantly related to leadership effectiveness 2.the female leaders with different marital status has significant differences in leading traits but educational background has no differences 3. female leaders’ leadership effectiveness has no significant difference in their educational background and martial status and whether they have children or not.
