企業在兩岸對ERP系統製造功能需求之差異探討-以台商汽車零件業為例

摘要

跨入21世紀因為科技日異月新，資訊愈見發達，全球產業皆面臨環境快速的變化，面對產品價格、品質、交期、服務競爭愈來愈激烈，凡是不能跟上最新發展趨勢的企業，都將面臨淘汰的命運。企業在營運上亦需將疆域與資源擴大到全球的視野，全球化產業的競爭、WTO市場開放與自由市場競爭，而這些改變都將增加企業應對的困難，誰能面對以上挑戰，迅速回應、解決，就能在未來環境中繼續生存、壯大。
為了提昇競爭力，企業除了加強研發、開拓市場之外，更希望從快速變動中掌握即時、正確的資訊，提供企業更佳決策參考，亦希望藉由運用資訊系統來大幅降低營運成本，提昇客戶滿意度，於是紛紛投入巨資，引進並導入企業資源規劃（Enterprise Resources Planning，ERP）資訊系統，希望藉由ERP資訊系統之導入，能確實獲得管理改善的成效，進而大幅提昇企業未來的競爭優勢。
然而企業在順應潮流而紛紛登上中國大陸之後，其所產生的營業額、所投入的人力，卻產生一有趣的對比現象？大部份企業在運用ERP資訊系統時，皆認為同樣是企業營運的功能，實不會因環境不同而導致在製造功能運用上的差異，因此本研究認為，實在有必要在企業外移中國大陸之前，先期瞭解兩岸環境特性會導致企業在營運管理上產生何衝擊與差異，才能進一步考量自身的條件與特性從而找到適合本身ERP資訊系統的製造功能重點與內容，以本研究為例供其他企業觀摩參考。

Information get more and more important due to technology change fast in 21 century. All industry facing product price, quality, delivery, serve competiting are more drastic than before. If enterprise can not catch new innoveation. it will be knocked out the market. Globalize need to consider industry competitior and WTO marketing opened and resource allocationed. Most of Survivals are able to face the challenge and do the efficient reply.
For promote enterprise competitor. Execept decidating to develop and research. It must provide correct and in time information for decision making from IT system. Also you need cost down via IT system. ERP system can help enterprise promote the advantage of competitive.
Most company move to china because of the trend. Most enterprise think ERP system are no difference in each function. But difference company need different ERP tool before they go to china. For other company references We research a company in ERP system manufacturing functional demand.
