屏東中正路出租公寓火災模擬

摘要


欠缺消防設備以及單一的逃生路徑是某些老舊公寓的特色,每當火災發生時,通常都會造成嚴重的人員傷亡及財產的損失,所以更應該加強民眾的危安意識和公權力的執行。本研究的案例是屏東中正路的公寓火災,火災發生的原因屬於人為縱火,在這個案例中,有2人死亡,多人受傷。縱火的位置是在一樓客廳的沙發旁邊,並且阻礙了逃生口,但是火苗並沒有向二樓以上擴散。FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator)是一種模擬火場的軟體,本軟體的應用原則有格點獨立性測試、驗證及靈敏性測試。格點獨立性測試的精神是由模擬數個格點組,從模擬的結果,如一氧化碳濃度、溫度、氣層高度、能見度及熱釋放率,比對火災相關資料,由最近似實際情形的格點組中,決定最少格點數的格點組,進行驗證及靈敏性測試。比對火災的相關資料和電腦模擬的數據,重點的分析及說明,進行火場的重建。新聞資訊、消防隊的資料和現場訪談有助於火場重建,由電腦模擬的數據,進行相關的改善,對於公寓火災的防火工程將會有很大的幫助。

The old apartment features are lack of fire fighting equipment and emergence escape route. When the fire occurs in the apartment it causes heavy casualties and property losses. Therefore, awareness of risk and the implementation of public power should be strengthened. This study is an apartment fire on chung cheng road, Ping Tung. It caused two people dead and many people injured due to arson attack. The arson location was in the living room, which obstructed single escape route and did not spread up to the second floor. Fire Dynamics Simulator(FDS) is a fire simulation tool. Application principles for setting grid number are to take an independent grid test, verification and sensitivity test. Independent grid test is to simulate several grid groups, which is to check CO concentration, temperature, layer height, visibility and heat release rate for comparison. We have to select suitable grid number for verification and sensitivity after independent grid test. The simulation data will be compared with fire bureau report, news information and pictures taken from fire scene survey. Finally utilize data to reconstruct fire scene and then make a step by step analysis of variance. And it might be useful for apartment fire prevention engineering.
