國內電子業者為了應付成本競爭壓力,產業外移低製造成本國家成為一股潮流。為確保國內電子廠之競爭優勢,除了提高生產良率與產品可靠度,亦需要朝向廠房佈置優化以降低生產成本。設施佈置問題是將有限的資源作最有效的分配,並將設施與位置的對應關係達到最佳化的狀態,並在多種組合當中求其成本最少。本研究針對表面黏著技術 (SMT) 生產現場工作區域設施規劃改善,定義工作區塊並分析各區塊間的關聯性,再繪製作業關聯圖與從至圖。同時亦利用演算法程序規畫佈置,並利用 QS3、MIFLAG-II、BLOCPLAN 三種設施佈置軟體對 SMT 生產區域之現有佈置進行改善,並考量物料搬運成本,及各部門相鄰度,再運用採層級分析法 (AHP) 對影響六項因素指標進行評估,選出最佳方案。結果顯示,藉由上述之軟體選擇佈置方案,可以尋找出更合乎現場使用之較佳佈置。
Offshore manufacturing is one of the major strategies to reduce the production cost in the electronics industry. To ensure the competitive advantages, the companies should raise the yields and the reliability of the products as well as optimize the facility planning cost. The facility layout problem is to optimize the relative locations of the departments with the minimum operational cost. This study focused on the facilities planning improvement of working area of production in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT). We defined the working blocked areas and analyzed the correlation between each block areas, then the Operation Relation Chart and From To Chart were carried out. We also utilized the Algorithm Procedures to work out the layout with facilities layout software (QS3, BLOCPLAN, MIFLAG-II) for the existing layout improvement of SMT production areas. The consideration for material handling cost and each department adjacent sector were inputted to the Analytic Hierarchy Plant Layout (AHP) to evaluate the indicators for the six important factors, then the best proposal was selected. The results showed that the best layout alternative can be selected by the evaluation method.
