因應電子商務大量客製化建構以企業資源規劃及虛擬實境為基之產品配置系統

摘要


由於企業之運作結合各項技術,如:網際網路、虛擬實境及企業資源規劃等,造成企業營運模式劇烈的轉變。顧客們透過無遠弗屆的網際網路可以取得充足的資訊並且獲得更多的議價空間。因此,低價位、高品質且快速取得的客製化產品需求日益增加。為因應顧客之需求,企業的生產模式已由早期的大量生產轉變為大量客製化生產模式。大量客製化之營運模式讓顧客透過網際網路選擇並且訂購可組裝產品之部件、屬性及其功能等。但是,顧客為了取得符合需求之客製化產品,往往要勾選許多其需求產品之規格。本研究提出以結合下列二項技術以全方位支援電子商務之產品大量客製化。 (一)以虛擬實境為基之配置模組提供顧客選擇需求並以3D顯示組裝產品。 (二)以企業資源規劃系統支援即時資訊,如:產品價格、前置時間等訊息。 本研究旨在協助公司在競爭激烈之網際網路世界建立成功的企業營運模式。本系統在取得顧客需求、產品估價、顧客訂購相關流程及配送扮演關鍵角色。 關鍵字:大量客製化、產品配置、虛擬實境

The infusion of technologies such as Internet, Virtual Reality (VR)/Animation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) into business operations is drastically evolving the way businesses operate. Customers gain more bargaining power than ever through the ubiquity of the Internet. Customers demand products with lower prices, higher quality and speedy delivery, but they also want products customized to match their unique requirement. To meet these demands, companies have to evolve their business model from traditional mass production to mass customization. Mass customization allows customers to select order and receive a specially configured product, often choosing from among hundreds of product options, at a low cost, and short lead-time of delivery over the Internet. To fully support the critical requirement of mass customization in e-business, a system that equips with 1) a VR-based product configuration module to allow customers specify unique requirements and visualizes the resulting product in 3D and 2) an ERP backend support engine to provide real-time information on cost and delivery lead-time is proposed in this research. The proposed system in this research will play a key role in helping companies to pursuit a successful business model of mass customization in the competitive Internet world by streamlining customer requirements capturing, sales quotation, sales order processing (SOP) and delivery of finished goods.
