為有效運用資源,提升國家競爭力,公營事業民營化已是世界潮流,亦為政府既定政策。然而民營化對現有員工是一大衝擊,不但原先具有保障的公務人員身份隨之消失,且工作條件、待遇福利、退休撫恤等有關自身權益亦將面臨不確定性,故難免對變革產生疑慮。 本研究主要目的是想瞭解組織變革及留任員工工作態度之關係,以合作金庫銀行員工為研究對象。透過問卷調查及統計分析等方法,從124份有效問卷中發現以下結果: 1、 不同年齡之留任員工在組織承諾上有顯著的差異。 2、 不同職別之留任員工在工作滿足上有顯著的差異。 3、 民營化留任員工在變革的認知與組織承諾有顯著的關係。 4、 民營化留任員工在變革的認知與工作滿足有顯著的關係。 5、 民營化留任員工在組織承諾與工作滿足有顯著的關係。 6、 溝通程度及人員規劃對於組織承諾具有顯著的解釋力。 7、 溝通程度、規劃程度及人員規劃對於工作滿足具有顯著的解釋力。
Privatization of public corporation are widely accepted as one of the major means for promoting national competitiveness and utilizing resources effectively, as one of government policy. But privatization influence employee working rights,they originally official status will disappear, and the other benefits such as salary、fringe benefit and persion will be also not sure, consequently,doubts are raised concerning change. Purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between “organizational restructuring to a private organization and its sequential influence to the working attitude of remained staffs”. This research is targeted to The Cooperative Bank. By methods of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis research results from 124 effective questionnaires are listed as follows: 1. Regarding the organization’s commitments, apparent differences found from different aged staffs. 2. Regarding job satisfaction, apparent differences found from different job ranks. 3. Regarding the organization’s commitments and remained staffs’ recognition to organization’s privatization, there is significant relationship found. 4. Regarding job satisfaction and recognition to organization’s privatization: apparent relation found. 5. Regarding remained staffs’ job satisfaction and organization’s commitments to remained staffs: apparent relation found. 6. Regarding the organization’s commit: the human plans and the effectiveness of communication have significant power. 7. Regarding job satisfaction: the effectiveness of communication, the effectiveness of related plans and the effectiveness of human plans have strong power.
