探討企業資源規劃系統導入成功的關鍵因素 -以台灣日鑛(股)公司為例

摘要

本研究參考國內外ERP 導入關鍵成功因素之近年文獻，首先將收集並閱讀有關企業資源規劃系統實行成效的相關理論資料與文獻來建構研究架構的基礎。然後設計、測試與修正問卷。最後，經由問卷研究，進行敘述統計分析，來觀察企業資源規劃與管理績效間的相互影響，ERP系統的規劃與設計需要考量各產業的營運模式與產業特性，方能符合企業之動態需求，根據1992年DeLone和McLean所發表的資訊系統(IS)績效評量架構，來衡量出個案公司在ERP資訊系統上，資訊的品質、系統的品質、系統的使用、使用者滿意、個人的衝擊、組織的衝擊這六個構面的績效評估，本文以財務面、企業流程面、學習成長面、顧客面的四個構面將組織的衝擊的內涵做出詮釋，並分析台灣企業在導入ERP時，有哪些導入的變數會影響企業使用資訊系統的績效。
本文選定導入ERP 系統的以某個案公司為案例為研究對象，探討ERP 系統整合能力、導入部門準備程度、ERP 供應商支援能力對績效的影響。為了解ERP 系統對個案公司的績效影響，本研究先以因素分析發展出衡量ERP 綜合績效的公式。然後再以問卷調查的方式收集資料，問卷調查-題目:變數對ERP 綜合績效的影響，有效樣本為35份。採用相關分析與迴歸分析驗證所提出的假設。統計分析軟體VisualPLS僅可處理原始資料，其路徑模型是透過繪製潛在變項與指標間之關係所形成，以圖像模型為基礎，可透過執行LVPLSX（pls.exe）產生另外一個LVPLS滙入檔案。此外，VisualPLS可支援不同的匯入資料格式，分析結果可呈現在LVPLS分析結果（純文字檔）、HTML格式、Excel格式，或直接顯示路徑模型的路徑結果，該軟體提供「jackknifing」、「bootstrapping」二種再抽樣方法估計路徑顯著性分析結果假設:全部成立，顯示ERP 系統整合能力、導入部門準備程度、ERP 供應商支援能力均與績效呈正向關係。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between some implementation variables and implementation performance of ERP system. DeLone and MacLean(1992) surveyed 180 articles attempting to measure information systems success and proposed an analysis framework, composed of six dimensions, for assessing the ERP performance in the post-implementation stage.
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the integration ability of an ERP system, the readiness of each department of a firm and the support which ERP vendors can provide on the performance of a firm. This study chooses Tatung Company which adopted ERP systems in 2000 as the research object, and conducts a survey to realize how these three variables affect the performance after ERP implementation. Of 100 copies of questionnaires issued, a total of 35 valid copies returned with 63% response rate. By correlation and regression analysis, all three hypotheses proposed by this study are supported. Thus, integration ability of ERP systems, readiness of each department and supportive ability of ERP vendors all have positive relationships with the performance of ERP system.
Through questionnaire survey, analyzed by PLS(partial least square) of Multivariate Analysis, based on 25 effective questionnaires, this research verify factors of 「Consultant Competence」,「Organizational Factors」,「Project Factors」,「Technical Factors」.
