摘要

在傳統的固體燃料因條件不佳致逐漸被淘汰後，燃料使用之種類已演變為以較經濟、方便且易儲存的氣體燃料為主，其中尤以天然氣除成為人類生活中不可缺少的民生重要能源之外，天然氣亦被公認為是世界上最乾淨環保的能源。然而企業為了持續保有競爭優勢、快速因應環境變遷，在經營管理績效上的表現便愈形重要。因此，整個企業資源的規劃管理、提昇組織整體溝通、決策與執行之效率與品賥便已成為企業參與全球性競爭之重要條件。
本研究在討論個案公司從最傳統思想的瓹業中，看似無人競爭的瓹業但背後卻隱藏許多危機，以往客源不斷都會自動找上門申裝，到現今科技的技術不斷推陳步新，新能源替代品的崛起，導致公司營運無論在推廣或孜裝上都遇到瀕景，該如何檢視其過程中遇到之問題與其解決方式，並且討論公司經營的效益與缺失，以及爾後再發展的因應之道；並協助個案公司在針對申請氣價調整方案上，所作的分析與建議以便能提高公司實賥的效益。
透過個案研究法初步研究探索並參照文獻的蒐集與探討建立完整的架構，再利用實地參與同業公司所建置的系統使用情形，加上經營策瓺的優劣分析及可能的機會與存在的危機，讓自己能更了解核心問題所在，期望能確實反映公司的現況並做為往後該努力方向之參考。

Traditional solid fuel is gradually combed out due to its bad condition, and the fuel type is gradually evolved into more economic, more convenient and easily stored gas fuel; among them, natural gas, in addition to becoming indispensable and important energy source for human’s daily life, is also recognized as the cleanest and environment friendly energy in the world. For an enterprise, in order to keep its competitiveness and to adapt itself to the environment change, its performance business management is thus very important. Therefore, the planning and management of the entire enterprise resource, the enhancement of the efficiency and quality of the entire communication, decision making and implementation of an organization thus has become important conditions for an enterprise to participate in global competition.
In this study, the most traditional industry is investigated. Although it seems to be an industry of no competitors, yet it has many risks existed behind it. In the past, customers will continuously find their ways to us for new applications, but due to the constant update of new technology today and the emergence of new energy replacement products, the company’s business, no matter in promotion or in new installation customer number, has faced its bottleneck. Therefore, how to inspect the problems encountered in the process and how to find its solution, how to discuss the business operation effectiveness and drawbacks, and what is the future strategy thus become very important topics; in this study, we have helped the case study company to work out the gas price adjustment project application, and we have provided the company with analysis and suggestions to enhance the real effectiveness of the company.
Through case study method, through initial study and exploring, and through reference to past literature, a complete structure has been made. Through on-site visit of the utilization status of the installed system of the companies of the same industry, through advantages and disadvantages analysis of the business operation strategy and through the analysis of possible opportunity and existed risk, the core of the issue is better understood, and it is hoped that the result can really reflect the real situation of the company and be used as reference for future study.
