台灣NB電池產業競爭力分析研究-以個案公司為例

摘要

全球NB(Note Book筆記型電腦)產業，不管技術或品質都已進入成熟期，而 NB電池產業微利時代來臨也將來到，這也會是台灣此產業廠商們，必須嚴肅面對的嚴峻課題，在此階段廠商應該如何有效利用現有資源，不盲目投資，不過度的守成喪失開發下一個有未來的產品，保握住調整或改變轉型的機會，使產業與個案公司持續提升產業競爭力，並期達到企業永續發展之長遠目標，分析探討台灣NB電池產業、與案公司的競爭發展策略，及未來發展趨勢是本研究的重點。本論文的研究發現如下:
一、 台灣NB電池產業前景持平至樂觀
現況韓國廠商是台灣的最主要的威脅，也是台灣廠商最主要的競爭者，雖然台灣業者處在日、韓的夾擊，但仍可在檯面上與他們競爭，走出自己的一條路，展望未來，我們依賴行動能源的需求，只會越來越多，台灣NB電池產業業者，應更積極的貼近市場，去了解消費者的需求，掌握全球產業的變化度，洞燭先機搶在前面，不缺席、不錯過任何參與的機會。
二、 個案公司應朝多角化產品發展
專注本業堅守現有成果雖然是好的，但在產業沒有再創新思考，創造新的產品新的價值，這樣是很不利的。開發新的產品線、或投資整合產業鏈，才能持續獲取更高的利潤，個案公司如何利用已建立的公司形象，與現有技術、經驗、與設備等資源，進一步擴充新的事業群，是個該深度思考的課題。

First, Taiwan's NB battery industry optimistic about the prospects of flat to, The status of South Korean companies are the main threat to Taiwan, the main competitor of Taiwan manufacturers, while Taiwan's industry in Japan, South Korea's attack, but still on the table to compete with them, walk your own way, look to the future, We rely on energy demand action, only more and more Taiwanese NB industry battery industry, should be more active closer to the market, to understand consumer demand, changes in global industry to grasp the degree, the hole in front of foresight rush, do not the absence of any good opportunity to participate.
Second, the case should be towards the diversification of product development Company, Focus on the achievements of the industry, although the stick is good, but no further innovative thinking in the industry and create new products and new value, this is very negative. Development of new product lines, or investment integration of industrial chain can continue to earn higher profits, cases of how companies can use corporate image has been created, and existing technology, experience, and equipment and other resources to further expand the new business group, is the depth in the area.
