摘要

現代監獄行刑，受刑人的身體健康以及用藥安全，隨著時代及醫療的進步，漸漸的受到政府相關單位及醫療機構的重視，近年來監所內引進外界的醫療資源，使得獄政醫療體制得以逐漸的完整，受刑人的用藥安全與醫療品質的提升與其用藥行為息息相關，能夠了解受刑人門診患者的用藥認知、行為及態度對於節約醫療用藥的浪費是很重要的，為了解在監服刑之受刑人對於用藥的正確觀念與一般民眾有否差異性等問題以及在現行獄政衛生醫療政策規範下，受刑人對藥品來源及藥品管理措施有否影響其用藥行為，以及感受到的藥事服務滿意程度如何，有必要對於不同背景因素的受刑人進行抽樣調查，研究其用藥行為及其對監所藥事服務滿意程度。

The medical treatment of prisoners is an important issue for a humane society. There is no doubt that health care and medicine safety in the modern society in prison has become an issue and concern for government official. With more help from the outside medical resources, the prisoners are able to receive better and complete medical service. Thus, this study is an analysis of the link between medical behavior and medical safety. We studied the difference between the medical behavior between the prisoners and average citizens. Meanwhile, we presented a study on the influence of the medical behavior for prisoners in prison. Moreover, the study pointed out the pharmaceutical care satisfaction of prisoners. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the difference of each prisoner background.
