整合物聯網概念之資訊系統規劃-以T機構日間照護為例

摘要


隨著時代的演變,造成人口高齡化的速度遠遠超乎預期,生育率也不斷下降、扶老比快速增加,人口老化不斷上升,功能障礙與慢性病等等人口也會上升,相對的醫療照護提供的服務需求也會不斷遞增,因此醫療照護的T機構日間照護也因為老年人口不斷上升,為了提高高齡化人口的長期性醫療、護理、生活、個人與社會支持之照護,都能隨時注意到高齡年長者的生理數據、日常生活之狀態,並整合物聯網(Internet of Things)概述,如傳感器、網路、雲端平台等等相關技術來協助護理人員與民眾能更加了解的知道高齡年長者的日常生活中的健康資訊。 本研究利用個案研究法深入了解T機構日間照護的相關問題,將過去資訊系統規劃(Information Systems Planning)的四個階段,並結合物聯網(Internet of Things)概述進行規劃與實施,讓舊的資訊系統規劃轉變成一個新型態的資訊系統規劃。本研究之新型態的資訊系統規劃不僅可以達到有效的解決方法和突破原有的觀念與限制,在T機構日間照護也能夠減少在醫療照護服務上的時間與成本。 最後,本研究整合物聯網概述和資訊系統規劃之四個階段的規劃套用在T機構日間照護上,以觀察結果與貢獻為目的,在T機構日間照護的場域上進行實作與應用。盼以透過此新型態的資訊規畫系統四個階段功能,突破原有的框架,並且達到創新性與實用性。

With the evolution of the times, the rate of population aging is much higher than expected, the fertility rate is declining, the ratio of support for the elderly is increasing rapidly, the population aging is rising, the dysfunctions and chronic diseases are also rising. In contrast, the demand for services to be provided by health care providers is increasing. Therefore, the responsibility for care services is transferred from family to society gradually in T mechanism. In order to improve the Daily Care, life, personal and social support of aging population, We can pay attention to the physiological data and the daily life status of the senior citizens and the elderly through the application technology of Internet of Things to help the caregivers and the public to know more about the health information of the elderly in the daily life. We use case study method to understand the process and implementation process of information management system in Daily Care in T mechanism for this research. We will carry out four stages of development planning and implementation through information systems planning. In addition, to combine Internet of Things to transfer information system planning into new information systems planning. The information system planning of this research can not only achieve effective solutions and break through the original concepts and limitations, but also can reduce the time and cost of medical care services. Finally, this research will be the application of Internet of Things with the information system planning of the four stages to observe the results and contributions for the purpose of the field of Daily Care in the implementation and application in T mechanism. Hope can through the four stages of this information planning system to break the original framework and also create novelty and practicability.
