教師是影響學生學習最重要的因素,有鑑於此,雲門舞集舞蹈教室發展師資培訓課程,目的即是為了培養能勝任「生活律動」教學系統工作之教師。本研究主要透過文件分析和訪談,試圖瞭解雲門舞集舞蹈教室「生活律動」課程從無到有的師資培訓規劃之發展歷程,檢視並探討師資培訓規劃與「生活律動」課程兩者間呼應與循環的關係。 研究結果顯現,雲門舞集舞蹈教室是一建立於循環制度之上的教學體系,本身已具備讓教與學循環的條件,就其師資培訓規劃的分析結果,研究者列出以下研究的結論: 一、雲門舞集舞蹈教室師資培訓課程規劃具自主性。 二、雲門舞集舞蹈教室師資培訓課程規劃具彈性調整的空間。 三、雲門舞集舞蹈教室師資培訓課程規劃配套完善。 研究者依研究發現,提出以下建議: 一、因應現況彈性調整的空間,變動頻率不宜過多與過大。 二、適時檢視教案設計內容與師培課程內容規劃的關連性。 三、相關配套與師培課程、時數、教師專長等各環節之聯繫關係,需更緊密接軌,且避免過度密集、填鴨的師培規劃。 四、以系統機制降低人為因素的干擾,有效發揮系統循環機制之功能。 五、坊間舞蹈教育機構,可以雲門舞集舞蹈教室作為師培規劃的參考與借鏡。
Based on the thought that teacher plays an important role for students’ learning, Cloud Gate Dance School plans a teacher’s training program with designed curriculum to cultivate qualified dance teachers and enhance their profession. The purpose of this study is to overview the developing progress of the teacher’s training program of Cloud Gate Dance School and its contents specifically for ‘Life Pulse’ curriculum system. Besides literature review, the study mainly uses two research approaches. One is document analysis including Cloud Gate Dance School ‘Life Pulse’ curriculum plan, booklets, related meeting materials and so on. The other one is to interview Cloud Gate Dance School teachers, curriculum designers and administrators. According to the research result, Cloud Gate Dance School has tried to construct a cyclic teaching-learning system for teacher’s training program. Some conclusions have been pointed out as follows: 1.Cloud Gate Dance School manipulates a teacher’s training program independently. 2.Teachers’ training program could be flexibly planned within Life Pulse curriculum system. 3.Teachers’ training program is well designed by Cloud Gate Dance School with a more integrated approach. Finally, from the research result, the researcher proposes the following suggestions: 1.For a solid teachers’ training program, it should not be changed too frequently. 2.It is necessary to review and think over the mutual relationship between Life Pulse curriculum for students and curriculum for its teachers’ training program. 3.It is important to avoid too many intensive courses offered by the teacher’s training program, and training time and reasonable hours should be concerned. In addition, how to cultivate a teacher’s specialty through training program should not be ignored. 4.Cloud Gate Dance School needs to more effectively develop the function of the teachers’ training program system to make it a complete cycle. 5.This study case relevant to Cloud Gate Dance School could be a good reference for other private dance studios.
