This creative report introduced three theatre productions in which I paticipated in the year 2009, by using the “Zen” thought process,「Seeing mountains as mountains, and waters as waters. Seeing mountains are not mountains, and waters are not waters. Seeing mountains once again as mountains, and waters once again as waters.」,in order to reflect on my design process for these three shows. I designed the lights for《Fools》for the Theatre School, and《Conflicts》,《Medication Time》, and《Here_ There》for the Dance School. There was an evolution of meaning behind all these creative projects. By using the enlightening stages to reflect the design process, this thesis will discuss how the design attitude affected and changed the design methodology and my own thinking.
