台南縣樂齡族群運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度之研究

A Study of the Participation Motivation and Satisfaction of Retired Elderly Sports and Leisure Curriculum

摘要


摘 要 本研究乃探討台南縣樂齡學習資源中心之學員參與運動休閒課程與滿意度情形。於2009年4月8日至5月3日在台南縣十七所樂齡資源學習中心學員為調查對象,以「台南縣樂齡族群運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度問卷量表」為研究工具,採用便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查。共回收到有效問卷501份,有效問卷回收率為91%,資料輸入統計軟體Statistical Package for Social Sciences 12.0編碼建檔之後,根據調查所得資料,以描述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定分析,單因子變異數分析、相關分析,研究結果顯示: 一、性別在女性共計366位,佔73.1%,佔大多數,婚姻狀況已婚共有339人,佔67.7%,大多數為已婚,年齡層在55~59歲共有336人,佔67.1%,佔大多數,學歷在學士共有185人,佔36.9%,大多數為學士,每月可支配收入皆在5,000元(含)以下至15,000元之間為多數,是繼續參加樂齡課程共有408人,佔81.4%,反應出是繼續參加樂齡課程學員最多。 二、台南縣樂齡族群運動休閒參與動機之因素分析分別命名「建康需求」,「社會需求」,「成就需求」。樂齡族群學員運動休閒課程滿意度之因素分析分別命名為「興趣獲取」,「健康適能」,「學習互動」。 三、樂齡族群學員性別在構面各因素獨立樣本t檢定,性別在參與動機之「健康需求」及「成就需求」因素,均達顯著差異;在課程滿意度之「興趣獲取」、「健康適能」及「學習互動」因素,均達顯著差異。 四、樂齡族群性別在構面各因素單因子變異數分析 (一) 不同婚姻狀況樂齡族群學員在運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度構面上皆具有顯著差異。 (二) 同年齡樂齡族群學員在運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度構面上無顯著差異。 (三) 學歷樂齡族群學員在運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度構面上皆具有顯著差異。 (四) 樂齡族群學員,每月可支配月收入在運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度構面上無顯著差異,但在課程滿意度構面上唯學習互動因素有顯著差異。 五、樂齡族群運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度相關分析,樂齡族群之運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度之間相關感受程度,有顯著高度正相關。 有鑑於上述樂齡族群運動休閒參與動機與課程滿意度之情況,本研究之樂齡學習資源學習中心應該對樂齡族群參與動機部份以女性、已婚、年齡在55~64歲之間、學士及是繼續參加樂齡課程佔大多數。本研究建議應鼓勵男性學員參與運動休閒課程。深入暸解其他婚姻狀況及學員對運動休閒不參與動機因素,對其他年齡層樂齡族群學員給與關心,促進參與熱枕,在學歷方面。應激勵其他學歷參與樂齡資源學習中心運動休閒課程,對不在繼續參加樂齡課程原因為何?樂齡學習中心運動休閒課程應提出檢討改進,鼓勵其參與樂齡資源學習中心運動休閒課程。在樂齡族群學員對運動休閒課程滿意度方面,運動休閒課程實施之場地乾淨整潔、環境設備與課程規劃是相當重要的。具體作法是加強清潔環境巡視,強化清潔設備的維修與汰換工作,同時應課程規畫以適合樂齡族群學員學習,以提高課程滿意度。運動休閒課程「參與動機」與「課程滿意度」呈現高度正相關,在運動休閒課程「參與動機」能夠加強,則「課程滿意度」也會相對的提高。 關鍵詞:樂齡學習資源中心;運動休閒;參與動機;課程滿意度

Abstract The aim of this study is to explore the relationships between motivation of leisure participation and satisfaction for elderly people in resourcing center of Tainan County. The study applied questionnaire to survey the opinions of elderly people at 8th April to 3rd May in 2009. Using the software of Statistical Package for Social Sciences 12.0, the study generated results as followings: 1. 73.1 percent of interviewees were female; 67.7 percent of interviewed elderly people were married; 67.1 percent of interviewed elderly people, their average age were from 55 to 59 years old; 36.9 percent of interviewed elderly people had bachelor’s degrees; 81.4 percent of interviewed elderly people who dominated the portion of incomes were from NT: 5,000 to NT: 15,000 wanted to participate the leisure courses continually. 2. The factor analysis allowed the study to name the motivation of leisure participation by the factors of health needs, social needs and need for achievement; the factors of the satisfaction of sport leisure courses were named hobby obtained, fitness and learning interaction. 3. By t-test analysis, the factors of health needs, and need for achievement on the different genders were significant in leisure participation; the factors of hobby obtained, fitness and learning interaction were significant in course satisfaction. 4. The results of one-way ANOVA were as followings: (1) The different married states of elderly people on leisure participation and courses satisfaction were significant. (2) There was no significance on the same range of age of elderly people on leisure participation and courses satisfaction. (3) The different educational backgrounds of elderly people on leisure participation and courses satisfaction were significant. (4) There was significance on learning interaction of leisure participation and courses satisfaction for the different dominated portion of income of elderly people. 5. There was positive correlation between the motivations of leisure participation and satisfaction for elderly people in Tainan County. In conclusion, the study suggests that the male elderly people need to be encouraged to participate sport and leisure, and to find the obstacles for elder people to participate sport and leisure. In the meantime, the resourcing center for elder people should improve the facilities and courses to attract more elderly people to participate sport and leisure activities.
