丙二酚製造廠作業勞工的丙二酚暴露測定

摘要


丙二酚(BPA)是一種廣泛使用的有機化合物,通常被用來製造聚碳酸酯、環氧樹脂及很多塑膠產品。本研究目的針對製造丙二酚工廠作業勞工進行空氣與尿液採樣進行分析,空氣樣本使用裝有37mm PVC濾紙的濾紙匣進行採樣,並收集勞工早上、中午與下午的尿液樣本,樣本使用氣相層析質譜儀進行分析。本研究總共收集區域定點空氣樣本20個,尿液自願者總共55個人,分為四次不同日期採樣,總共蒐集156個尿液樣本。結果顯示20個空氣樣本中以成品倉庫與反應區所偵測到的丙二酚濃度為較高,分別是4.50 μg/m3與3.85 μg/m3,其他地區皆低於1 μg/m3。暴露組早上的尿液平均值為104.37 μg/g Cr.、中午71.72 μg/g Cr.、下午68.82 μg/g Cr.,進行早上、中午與下午尿液濃度線性迴歸分析,得到中午與下午尿液濃度有顯著相關(p=0.16),執行區域空氣與尿液樣本的相關系統計分析,得到空氣與尿液是有其顯著相關性。 關鍵詞:丙二酚、空氣樣本、尿液樣本、生物偵測、暴露測定

Bisphenol (BPA) is an organic compound in widespread use and commonly used to manufacture polycarbonate, epoxy resin and numerous plastic articles. The purposes of this study are to determine the concentration of bisphenol A in the air and urine samples for bisphenol A exposure workers. The air samples were collected by the cassette packed with 37mm PVC membrane and the urine samples in the morning, at noon and in the afternoon were also collected. The air and urine samples were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS). In this study 20 area samples and 156 urine samples form 55 exposed workers in four different sampling date were collected. The results of 20 air samples showed that there were higher BPA concentration in goods warehouse (4.50 μg/m3) and reaction area(3.85 μg/m3) and the BPA concentrations in other areas are all less than 1 μg/m3. The levels of BPA in the urine of exposed group were 104.37 μg /g Cr.(morning) , 71.72 μg / g Cr. (noon) and 68.82 μg / g Cr. (afternoon). A linear regression analysis.was performed for urinary BPA concentrations and air BPA concentrations. The results showed significant correlation (p = 0.16) between the urinary BPA concentrations at noon and the urinary BPA concentrations in the afternoon and significant correlation between the airbone BPA concentrations and the urinary BPA concentrations.
