摘要


從2018年起的中美貿易戰的衝擊到2020年受到新冠肺炎疫情的干擾,各產業市場需求明顯下滑影響,導致客戶端減少庫存水位,全年需求呈現急凍。疫情衍生的遠距辦公與教學成為生活常態,帶動平板與筆電等消費性電子產品需求,對LED產業而言,業內觀望氣氛與市場的不確定性,恐抑制需求面的表現。面臨產業變動及劇烈的競爭下,如何有效提高生產效率及降低成本,為企業增加競爭優勢,這將也會是攸關企業成敗的關鍵之一。本論文藉由六標準差DMAIC的改善手法,在定義階段透過SIPOC流程圖將改善方向界定在生產製程,衡量階段透過資料彙整分析發現點膠製程作業中,是影響產出規格及產出良率的最主要的關鍵製程,分析階段透過腦力激盪法及要因分析法找出關鍵因子,改善階段透過流程透過田口實驗來找出影響生產效率真因,並在控制階段制定改善作業標準透過監控指標達到改善成效。研究結果顯示應用六標準差管理的專案改善方式,有效的提高產品良率並提升企業競爭優勢。

From the impact of the China-U.S trade war in 2018 to the interference of the COVID-19 in 2020, the market demand of various industries has been significantly reduced, cause the client to reduce the inventory level, demand for the whole year shows a sharp freeze. Remote office and teaching derived from the epidemic have become the norm in life, drive demand for consumer electronic products such as tablets and laptops, for the LED industry, the wait-and-see atmosphere in the industry and the uncertainty of the market may inhibit the performance of the demand side, In the face of industrial changes and fierce competition, how to effectively improve production efficiency and reduce costs, and increase the competitive advantage for enterprises, will also be one of the keys to the success or failure of enterprises. This paper uses the six sigma DMAIC improvement method to define the improvement direction in the production process through the SIPOC flow chart in the definition phase,it is found that the dispensing process is in operation through data collection and analysis in the measurement phase, it is the most important key process that affects output specifications and output yield, use brainstorming method and factor analysis method to find the key factors in the analysis phase, the improvement phase is through Taguchi experiments to find out the true factors that affect production efficiency,develop improvement work standards to achieve improvement results through monitoring indicators In the control phase. The research results show that the application of six sigma management project improvement methods can effectively improve the product yield and enhance the company's competitive advantage.
